Inside Sales Representative to join our team in North Little Rock,
Arkansas. This long-term contract position requires a proactive
individual who excels at building relationships and driving sales

relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities. •
Conduct outreach to potential customers and present tailored
solutions to meet their business needs. • Analyze market trends and
customer feedback to identify opportunities for increasing sales. •
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and
customer satisfaction. • Manage the sales process from initial
contact to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. •
Provide detailed product information and recommendations to support
client purchasing decisions. • Monitor sales performance metrics
and prepare regular reports for management. • Participate in

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain
positive client relationships.• Proven experience in inside sales,
preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. •
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with
analyzing market data and customer behavior to drive sales
strategies. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales
tools. • Adept at managing multiple client accounts and
prioritizing tasks effectively. • Knowledge of retail buying
processes and strategies. • Self-motivated and results-driven with
a focus on continuous improvement.
