perfect opportunity for you! Position: Direct Support Professional
(DSP) Location: Little Rock, AR Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 8am -4pm
and Sat & Sun 8am -4pm Starting Pay: $12.00 per hour (negotiable

of their lives. What You'll Do: Support individuals in developing
essential life skills, from health and hygiene to independent
living tasks. Foster a positive and respectful environment at home
and in the community. Assist with daily routines as outlined in the
Medicaid Waiver Person-Centered Service Plan. Help individuals
engage with their community through activities like shopping,
social events, appointments, and more. Provide safe and reliable
transportation using your personal vehicle (must meet AR state
insurance requirements). Maintain records of consumer expenses and
document progress. Offer valuable input during annual service
planning meetings. Complete required training, including CPR, First
Aid, Defensive Driving, and in-service sessions. Submit weekly
documentation and timesheets on time. What We're Looking For: Age
Requirement: 18 years or older. Education & Experience: High School
Diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience in
public health, human services, or a community service agency.
Alternatively, two years of verifiable experience working with
individuals with developmental disabilities may qualify. Driver's
License & Insurance: Valid Arkansas driver's license and proof of
auto liability insurance. Background Check & Drug Screening:
Required for all candidates. Communication Skills: Ability to
effectively interact with individuals and understand written

Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, reach, and kneel as needed.
Lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and 100
lbs occasionally. Drive in various weather conditions to transport
individuals safely. Work Environment: You'll be working in a
dynamic group home setting and traveling within the community. The
