At Family First Life Tenacious we focus on putting the clients we help, the sales agents, and the company first. Details on the position: Helping the elderly population by meeting and selling them Final Expense Life Insurance Helping families protect their homes by meeting and selling Mortgage Protection Insurance Working with some of the biggest insurance companies in the country such as Americo, Aetna/CVS, Mutual of Omaha, AIG, etc. Calling and setting appointments with the interested families Aggressive Compensation + Bonuses Training and mentorship from agents who are active in the field; Warm leads Flexible hours = come to our office or work remote Job Requirements:

• Life Insurance License: We help you get licensed.
• Previous experience in sales and/or insurance is beneficial, but not required.
• Independent, self-driven work ethic.
• Strong verbal skills.
• Moderate computer skills (at minimum) to perform video conferences, email, schedule through Calendly, insurance documentation, etc.
• Reliable transportation to meet with clients in your area.
• Reliable phone, internet, and a personal computer are required. Compensation and Benefits
  • Sales positions are commission-based. No base salary.
  • Commission rate of 100-145% based on performance.
  • Choose your own schedule and appointments.
