Job Description Job Description Salary: Hygiene Coordinator We are seeking a confident, highly organized Hygiene Coordinator to manage recall and scheduling for a high-volume hygiene department of 14 hygienists at our main location. This role is essential to keeping schedules full, productive, and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage hygiene recall and patient follow-up to ensure timely scheduling of due and overdue patients Maintain full schedules for all hygiene providers and aggressively fill open time Accurately schedule all hygiene appointment types, including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance. Monitor schedules daily to minimize gaps, cancellations, and lost production Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of the hygiene schedule Ideal Candidate: Confident, decisive, and highly organized Comfortable managing high volume Strong communication skills with both patients and clinical teams Dental scheduling or hygiene coordination experience strongly preferred Experience with Dentrix Benefits for Full time team members Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical and dental insurance Vision coverage 401K plan Competitive salaries
