For more information, please call (888) 590-9823 Pay and Benefits: $.45 / mile $1,000 Sign on bonus $1,000 Referral bonus Quarterly Safe driving bonus Medical Plan Wellness Plan Paid Holidays Paid Vacation 401K w/ employer match Job Description: The truck driver position performs a variety of routine transportation work in driving and coordinating transportation plans in support of the department. Full time position Home Every weekend May plan route to insure most economical use of time and equipment. Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible. Find ways to conserve resources such as fuel. Conduct daily pre and post trip inspections of the vehicle and report any problems or damage to the fleet manager. Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately. Interact courteously with customers and respond to requests: assist management in resolving customer issues or suggestions. Serve as a representative of the company, projecting a positive image to the public. Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards. Maintains and submits DOT e-logs, and inspection paperwork. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 1 year of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job. Clean driving record.
