Job Description:

We are looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work #LI-Onsite at the Russellville, AR manufacturing plant on 1st shift. Reporting to the Principal Engineer, you will oversee the Utilities department. You will assure proper operation of all Utilities System & Equipment and in assuring that all PSM, RMP, and Loss Prevention procedures are followed.You Will:You will assure that Conagra's PSM Program guidelines are followed.You will assure that Loss Prevention Program guidelines are followed.You will assure that Refrigeration Sys. Is functional and operating at minimal cost.You will assure that Plant Air System is functional and operating at minimal cost.You will assure that Plant Steam System is functional and operating at minimal cost.You will assure that Plant Water System is operational.You will follow USDA, HACCP and Food Safety ProceduresYou will follow Employee Safety and Environmental ProceduresYou will initiate FSMOC's and assure all precautions are followed to ensure food safety.You will conduct safety meetings to ensure company safety and environmental policies are followed.You will assign work orders and monitor employee's progress.You will request materials when needed to complete work orders.You will manage operational maintenance budget for responsible departments.You Have:You have High School diploma or GED.You have Minimum 5 years Industrial Utilities maintenance experience.You have an Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Operator 1 Certificate.You have comprehensive knowledge of GMP, PSM, RMP, Loss Prevention policies and Global Business practices.You have knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, boilers and steam distribution, compressed air systems, and plant water system.Our Benefits:We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insuranceWealth: great pay, incentive opportunity, matching 401(k) and stock purchase planGrowth: online courses, virtual and classroom development experiencesBalance: paid-time off, parental leave, flexible work-schedules (subject to your location and role)Our Company:Conagra Brands is one of North America's leading branded food companies.
