Job Description Position Purpose: Working independently, the Commercialization Specialist is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time and meet the requirements for all data integration related activity to an approved project. Requires working with multi-disciplinary groups to successfully drive projects through the Commercialization process to oversee all aspects of data management through product lifecycle. This role will be responsible for overseeing a consistent data specification management process that spans all Westrock coffee manufacturing sites.Primary Job Functions: Manage all aspects of the product specification data globally through the Westrock organization Coordinate the harmonization of specification formats for all existing and future Westrock coffee sites Manage interdisciplinary understanding and transparency of data requirements for all functions that aid in providing updates to product specifications within internally and externally facing systems Drive verification on receipt of required data requirements for all approved projects Continuous education on industry changes to requirements that impact the design and function of specifications Additional tasks or projects outside "core" responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Ensure that all requests are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize potential risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsAdditional tasks or projects outside "core" responsibility: Continuing education and training to advance skills and product knowledge
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Use and continually develop leadership skills
Qualification Qualifications: Proven working experience 3-5 years in data management related field Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
