Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer SupportLocation: Conway, ARDuration: 10+ MonthsDuties and Responsibilities

  • Handles heavy inbound call volume with the knowledge to address more complex concerns from Provider Community.
  • Interacts with providers, in a timely and professional manner, including escalating recurring or critical issues to the appropriate Team Lead or Manager.
  • Navigates through the system with efficiency.
  • Meets and retains all quality and production standards set by management and/or customer.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment and retain information
  • Excellent organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain attendance to support the required quality and quantity of work
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customersQualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent GED Preferred Education:Required Experience:
      • 2 years of Call Center experience
      • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft OfficePreferred Experience:
        • Medicaid
        • Medical Claims Processingby Jobble
