ARDuration: 10+ MonthsDuties and Responsibilities
- Handles heavy inbound call volume with the knowledge to address
more complex concerns from Provider Community.
- Interacts with providers, in a timely and professional manner,
including escalating recurring or critical issues to the
appropriate Team Lead or Manager.
- Navigates through the system with efficiency.
- Meets and retains all quality and production standards set by
management and/or customer.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work independently with little to no
supervision
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment and retain
information
- Excellent organizational, and verbal and written communication
skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain attendance to support the required quality
and quantity of work
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance
Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work
relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and
customersQualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED Preferred
Education:Required Experience:
- 2 years of Call Center experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft OfficePreferred Experience:
- Medicaid
