Spring Internships: Monday, January 9, 2023
20/hours per week max (flexible around your class schedule)
The Quantitative UX Research Intern will support other UX
researchers by analyzing, reviewing, and answering questions
through rich data. Specifically, the person in this role will help
conduct tactical studies that will bolster knowledge of our users
and their experience in the platform with quantitative evidence. In
addition, this role will collaborate with researchers and other
interns to tackle high-impact research projects. including a
Support ongoing customer success and product improvements by
working with existing data, reports, dashboards, and BI
Assist with research and find answers to user-centered
Collaborate on providing graphical, tabular, and textual reports to
internal teams with the goal of storytelling with data
Assist with building static and interactive dashboards and rich
data reports to make data more accessible to internal
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Progress toward BA/BS or higher in Psychology, Human Computer
Interaction, or related discipline (or relevant experience)
Strong data analysis skills
Ability to extract, model and review data, and present to end
Ability to work well in a cross-functional team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and collaboration skills
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience with SQL queries is a plus
Experience with data analysis in an applied setting is a plus
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely,
not in a Workiva office.
