Our Client in the Conway, AR area is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to start in the next few weeks. This position is completely remote, 4 Month Contract to Hire, paying $12.25 hour. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between this time frame.Equipment will be providedJob DescriptionCustomer Service Representative will be working in an inbound call center. They will be taking up to 80 calls per day regarding policy holders.Skills/ Qualifications Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative or Call Center.Must have basic computer skills.Must be able to remain professional when handling difficult callers.Ability to work remote in a quiet area.High School Diploma or GED required.High Call volume experience preferred, but no required.
