Job Description:
Golden Bear Packaging Inc., a leader in the packaging industry,
is seeking a skilled Weekend Maintenance Technician to join our
dedicated team. This role is critical in maintaining the
operational integrity of our manufacturing equipment and
infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and
implementing solutions that target sustainable practices aligned
with our innovative approach to packaging. This position requires a
hands-on technician who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment and is committed to upholding high standards of safety
and efficiency. Conduct regular and scheduled maintenance of all
manufacturing equipment. Identify and troubleshoot equipment
problems during operation. Implement corrective actions and
enhancements to improve machine efficiency and lifespan while
reducing downtimes. Adhere to safety protocols and maintenance
procedures. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to align
maintenance strategies with production schedules. Document
maintenance activities and generate reports on equipment status.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Proficiency
in using maintenance tools and equipment Ability to interpret
technical manuals and schematics Solid understanding of preventive
maintenance programs Effective communication and problem-solving

Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician
(CMRT) is preferred. OSHA Safety Training Certification.
