Supervisor Schedule: 40 Travel Required: No Schedule: Monday-
Friday 9am-5:30pm Job Description Summary of Responsibilities: The
Shipping Administrator is responsible for the accurate and
efficient coordination of all orders being shipped from the
warehouse. Essential Functions: Check in truck drivers, match pick
up number to order number, and assign the appropriate dock. Create
master bill of lading and print shipping, FedEx, UPS labels, and
pick tickets. Maintain status of orders on Open Dock, scan and mark
orders as shipped once loads are completed. Assign loads to
forklift operators and ensure they are loaded within the two-hour
timeframe. Communicate with Warehouse Supervisor on shipping
related issues and correct shipping errors. Utilize MS Office
programs to complete reports and documentation. Complete warehouse
floor walks to ensure labeling/loading is being completed. Other
duties as assigned. Required Skills: Ability to work in a
fast-paced team environment. Ability to complete day-to-day
activities in allotted amount of time. Must be detail oriented and
have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent
oral and written communication skills. Physical Demands: Must be
able to lift 50 lbs., stand, and move about the facility for
extended periods of time. Competencies: Education: High school
Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Experience: Prior
