Job Description:
As a HelloTech Specialist, you will provide direct technical
support and advice to customers in their homes, enhancing their
understanding and utilization of technology. You will solve a range
of technical issues, from TV mounting and computer repair to smart
home device installations. The role requires someone who is
technically skilled, customer-focused, and passionate about the
ever-evolving technology landscape. Join our team and become a
cornerstone of our mission to deliver personalized tech support
across the nation. Provide in-home installation and support for a
variety of technologies, including computers, televisions, and
smart home devices. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site,
offering clear and effective customer-focused solutions. Educate
customers on the usage and benefits of their technology, ensuring a
high level of customer satisfaction. Stay current with new
technologies and trends to effectively support and advise
customers. Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols
while on customer premises. Proficient in setting up and
troubleshooting PCs, smart TVs, and smart home devices Strong
understanding of networking and Internet connectivity issues
Excellent communication and instructional skills Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively CompTIA A certification
preferred Additional certifications in networking such as CompTIA
Network or Cisco CCNA are advantageous
