Team Coordinator role oversees approximately 2-4 direct reports.
The team Coordinator is responsible for ensuring client
satisfaction and the oversight of the non-judicial foreclosure
process from referral through sale. Key Responsibilities: 30% -
Communicating and working with our clients to maintain client
customer service and cohesive working relationships. 25% - Team
training, development, and coaching 20% - Ensure team is
maintaining internal SLA’s. 10% - Root cause analysis and problem
resolution to eliminate roadblocks that may impede production
and/and or quality objectives 10% - Implementation of process
changes to ensure compliance associated with federal and/or client
directives 5% - Review and delivery of reporting (i.e. client
scorecards, daily production reports, etc.) May perform other
duties as assigned to support department goals. May occasionally
work extended hours based on operational needs. Experience and
Skills: Working knowledge of the Texas foreclosure process Working
knowledge of the McCarthy & Holthus, LLP foreclosure processing
system Prior successful leadership within a Texas Foreclosure
process Processing knowledge of various servicer foreclosure
processing systems Knowledge of Texas foreclosure documents
Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to change Demonstrated
ability of issue identification and successful problem resolution
Working knowledge of business workflow and general processes
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills Exceptional
communication skills. Qualifications: 5 years of Foreclosure
experience Work Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through
Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are
required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training
period and upon management approval. Salary Range: The salary for
this position typically ranges from $27.00 - $29.00 per hour,
depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please
note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's
specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as
