Job Description Job Description Job Title: 2nd Shift Material Handler Monday- Friday Monday-Friday 2:30 pm-11pm $19/hr Job Description We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Material Handlers. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are expanding our 2nd shift team to eventually support the introduction of a 3rd shift. Candidates will initially train on either the 1st or 2nd shift and must be open to transitioning to the 3rd shift if needed. This role is crucial in ensuring that our finished products meet customer specifications and that our machine processing line operates efficiently. Responsibilities Package finished products for storage and shipment, adhering to customer specifications. Select and maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials for processing and warehouse activities. Keep a working set of tools required for packaging tasks. Read and follow both standard and special packaging specifications. Safely and properly operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic packaging equipment. Complete and inspect paperwork, tagging, and final packaging of finished products. Move finished products to storage or shipping areas as needed. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area according to company policies. Work collaboratively with processing crew members and company management. Essential Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts. Ability to read and understand work orders and written instructions. Utilize measuring devices such as rulers, tapes, and calipers. Use computer systems to print tags and manage documentation. Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility. Demonstrated reliable work history. Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all inspection tasks. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
