Job Description:
The Riggs Cat People & Culture (P&C) Project Coordinator
supports People & Culture initiatives by managing logistics,
coordinating onboarding, organizing employee engagement events,
monitoring programs, and enhancing employee engagement. This role
provides strong administrative and project support to the People &
Culture team while ensuring alignment with the Riggs Way—Urgent,
Selfless, and Excellent. We are looking for someone who is highly
organized, an excellent communicator, a proactive problem-solver,
and skilled in time management. This person can balance multiple
priorities, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure teams stay
aligned with project goals—bringing strong attention to detail and
adaptability to navigate challenges effectively. Key
Responsibilities Manage databases, filing, correspondence, and key
metrics tracking. Assist in planning and executing People & Culture
initiatives such as onboarding programs, engagement initiatives,
and Riggs University (organizational learning system). Support the
launch and ongoing operation of Riggs University by coordinating
training sessions, managing LMS administration, and helping
managers locate resources. Support Riggs Way initiatives and
culture committees by organizing events and promoting company
values. Prepare reports and track project progress/outcomes for the
VP and leadership team. Draft, proofread, and finalize internal
company-wide communications, including policies and updates. Create
visual and written content (posters, slides, emails) to promote
P&C initiatives and Riggs University content (e.g., wellness
programs, training sessions, D&I initiatives). Provide
executive/administrative support for the VP of People & Culture.
Partner with the Marketing team to draft and design internal
communications, newsletters, and announcements to keep employees
informed and engaged. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
HR, Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred OR 2–4 years
of experience in HR administration, project coordination, or a
related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills; high
proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with
professionalism; strong interpersonal skills; proactive,
solutions-oriented mindset; and a passion for culture-building.
