which includes communicating with the client by answering
questions, resolving issues and clarifying information.4+ years'
experience in a Call Center Environment - MANDATORY - Prior
Healthcare or Medicaid experience strongly preferredAbility to
handle high volume of calls in a professional mannerDemonstrated
verbal and written skillsComputer proficiency including Microsoft
Office requiredAbility to multi-taskStrong organizational
skillsLocation: Conway, AR 72034Expected Duration: 3 Months
