Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of three years required. CRRT experience preferred. License: Current RN License in good standing. Certifications: BLS required. ACLS within the first six months of employment. Must-Have: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required. Description: Our 17-bed ICU/CSICU is home to highly trained staff who care for a wide range of patients from neonates to geriatrics. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We provide care for cardiovascular patients who have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting, thoracotomy, carotid stenting, and heart valve replacement or repair. We also care for a variety of other vascular-related interventions. Our team is experienced in caring for those undergoing interventional and non-interventional procedures, general surgery procedures, and advanced therapies. We utilize specialized equipment such as intra-aortic balloon pumps, induced hypothermia, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, and the Impella Heart Pump.
