leadership and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This
role combines direct patient care with administrative leadership,
supporting a multidisciplinary team and advancing equitable
healthcare for diverse and underserved populations. This is an

Highlights Report to the Chief Medical Officer Lead and mentor
physicians and advanced practice providers Collaborate closely with
operational leadership and executive clinical team Drive quality
improvement and patient outcomes initiatives Participate in
community engagement and health equity efforts Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care Provide comprehensive primary care services including
diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination Order and interpret
diagnostic tests and manage acute and chronic conditions Ensure
timely documentation, lab review, and patient follow-up Respond to
clinical emergencies and support care team as needed Leadership &
Oversight Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers and
clinical staff Conduct chart reviews, performance evaluations, and
ongoing provider development Partner with leadership on
recruitment, retention, and team engagement Ensure compliance with
clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements Quality
& Operations Lead and participate in quality improvement and
performance initiatives Support implementation of clinical policies
and best practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
improve care delivery and patient outcomes Monitor clinical
performance metrics and patient satisfaction Qualifications
Education & Licensure MD or DO from an accredited institution Board
certified in Primary Care or related specialty Active Texas medical
license and DEA registration Experience Minimum 5 years of clinical
experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
Experience working with advanced practice providers Background in
HIV care, gender-affirming care, or LGBTQ health strongly preferred
Experience serving diverse and underserved populations Skills &
Competencies Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities
Experience with quality improvement and clinical program
development Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth Excellent
communication and team collaboration skills Commitment to health
