Doctor of Medicine | Pediatrics - General/Other Location: Mountain Home, AR Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Pediatrician Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas Service Setting: Primarily Outpatient with Some Inpatient Duties Coverage Type: Clinical and Inpatient Call Coverage Period: Ongoing Clinic Hours: Monday Friday with one half day off weekly Call Schedule: Weekend call rotation 1:4; up to 8 days/nights of inpatient call Team Structure: Join 2 pediatricians and 1 pediatric hospitalistnding team PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Pediatric population Patient Volume: Not specified Rounding: Limited inpatient rounding Consults: As required for inpatient cases Case Mix: General pediatrics, minor inpatient care PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges: Required Credentialing Timeline: To be determined COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: Competitive base salary plus production bonus Bonuses: Commencement bonus available Relocation Assistance: Provided Education Assistance: Potential for qualified candidates Loan Repayment: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (non-profit status) Insurance: - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan: Included CME and PTO: Provided REQUIRED PROCEDURES Standard outpatient pediatric care Inpatient pediatric evaluations and management as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver comprehensive pediatric care in outpatient setting Participate in weekend and inpatient call rotations Collaborate with pediatric team and hospital staff Support quality initiatives and patient-centered care
