required for board certification sufficiently related to the
privileges sought" St. Mary's is looking for clinic coverage as
well as overnight and weekend call. Schedule for clinic 4 days/
week 8am -4 pm with an hour lunch Call will be 1:4 Weekend coverage
starts Friday 8 am till Monday 8 am IMLC providers considered but
must have Quality Letter in hand No CNM's for hospital but NP's
help in practice In house lab and ultrasound NST on site Must have
PALS and fetal monitoring certs Effective 12/18/2025 vendors must
provide background checks to the site for awarded providers per
communication submitted via Locumsmart Vendor Account Management
Team email dated 11/18/2025 We do an average of 60 births a month
currently We are a level II nursery, only deliver 34 weeks And
above. • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all
necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background
check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider
onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate
background screening and credentialing reviews required for
privileging and credentialing • Facilities may impose various
administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part
of their onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to
contract terms. All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor
and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment. Schedule
