Partnership Track A thriving multi-specialty dental group in
Central Arkansas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible
Oral Surgeon to join its established surgical team. Practice
Highlights: Locations: Greater Little Rock (Full-Time) & Southern
Arkansas (Full-Time or Part-Time) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4
PM Daily Volume: 25–30 patients Mix: FFS, Insurance, Medicaid
Facilities: 3 operatories 2 exam rooms per site Technology: Modern
surgical suites, anesthesia machines, CBCT Fully staffed with
CRNAs, assistants, and admin support Compensation & Benefits: Daily
guarantee or % collections No hardware fees (implants, grafts,
membranes) Matching lab % Annual collections: $1M–$2.3M
Signing/relocation bonus available Malpractice insurance provided
Reimbursement for CE, licenses, memberships Full-time:

401(k) malpractice options Qualifications: DDS/DMD from an
accredited U.S. program Completed Oral Surgery residency Licensed
(or eligible) in Arkansas DEA license (or ability to obtain)
