Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVPICU for a travel nursing job in Little Rock, Arkansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVPICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Open Heart /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts in the CVICU/Open Heart PICU /n• 30-bed unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 for ICU and 1:2-3 for intermediate care /n• 3 years of nursing experience required with pediatric cardiovascular preferred but not required /n• Adult cardiovascular RNs will be considered /n• Must have 1 prior travel assignment and EPIC experience /n• Floating required within ICU cluster (NICU, PICU, Burn PICU) with travelers floating first /n• Every other weekend required with manager/scheduler driven scheduling /n• Holiday coverage required as needed with no on-call responsibilities /n• 2-3 days of orientation and specialty testing required /n• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS /n• Must test negative for nicotine and pass fit testing /n• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions /n• Arkansas license or Compact license required /n• Strict dress code must be followed /n• Care for patients with congenital heart defects, heart failure, cardiac transplants, and dysrhythmias /n• Work with patient population ranging from neonatal to adult with average stay of 15 days /n• Use equipment including Pyxis, GE, Servo, and ECMO systems /n• 24/7 intensivist support and dedicated code team available /n/n Facility: /n This 359-bed Level 1 trauma teaching hospital specializes in pediatric care and serves as a leading children's medical center.
