Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students physical and cognitive abilities to create individualized therapeutic plans. Implement interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive techniques. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant state credentials. Experience working in school environments or pediatric settings preferred. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage travel requirements associated with the position. Location:Position is based in Conway, AR, with travel as required to various school sites.
