Job Description Job Description • Specialty: Gastroenterologist • Type of Position: Permanent • Shift/Work Schedule: Day shift Monday -Friday • Work Hours: 40 hours per week • Call Schedule: no call • Start Date : ASAP • Facility Type: Hospital • Clinical Setting: Outpatient • Patients Per day : 20 in clinic or more! • Procedures required : routine GI procedures we have ability to do ERCP but not EUS • Support Staff: nurse, medical assistant, front office, manager, director, mid -levels can be added if MD • Credentialing Time Frame: at hospital from date received 30-45 days • Location: Hospital is Pine Bluff Arkansas, 75% of medical staff live in Little Rock at and drive • Additional Location Information: Arkansas is a beautiful state, our patients are very appreciative and respect the physicians, Job Description / Responsibilities 2.5-3 days GI scoping 2 days clinic • Credentialing and Licensing Requirements: normal routine applications - pre app first then reviewed by CMO then he ap • Board Certification in what specialty? : Int Med and GI • Willing to accept new grad or Board Eligible candidate?: Yes • Willing to wait for State Medical License? Yes • Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates? : Yes • Other Certifications required : BE/BC Base Salary/Total compensation range:$650k • Bonus/RVU, $50k sign on, $10k relocation assistance • Benefits Offered: Health, Retirement, CME, Relocation.
