Job Description:
Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant or
Limited License X-Ray Tech to join our dynamic team. This role is
pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care within our
healthcare facility. You will assist medical staff in patient care
management, perform diagnostic imaging services, and ensure a
smooth clinical workflow. Join us and contribute to our mission of

care. Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to support
patient care. Conduct basic laboratory tests on the premises,
administer medications as directed by the physician. Prepare
patients for X-rays, operate X-ray equipment, and ensure compliance
with safety regulations. Maintain patient records and ensure
confidentiality. Assist physicians during examinations and keep the
examination rooms stocked and clean. Schedule appointments,
maintain medical supplies inventory, and handle billing and
bookkeeping. Proficient in using medical software for patient
management. Skilled in operating X-ray and diagnostic imaging
equipment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability
to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare safety protocols.

Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program. State
certification as a Limited License X-ray Technician.
