Job Description Company Description Three Lakes Physical Therapy and Wellness Center is a private PT owned practice, dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and state-of-the-art care for individuals dealing with mobility issues, joint pain, musculoskeletal injuries, or recovering from reconstructive surgery. Our clinicians see 1-2 patients per hour and focus on functional dynamic exercise paired with manual techniques to reach patient goals. We focus on improving quality of life, while we emphasize personalized care and a commitment to excellent patient experiences. Patients enjoy coming for their visits and our clinic is often compared to a "Cheers Bar" environment. Role Description This is a full or part-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing customized rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress, and providing education and hands on techniques to achieve recovery. Our practice sees a large number of foot/ankle and running injuries as well as extremity and spinal issues. We offer special services such as 3d video running analysis, MLS laser therapy, blood flow restriction therapy, dry needling and post-rehab personal training and wellness classes Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Strong skills in orthopedics, sports medicine and manual techniques Experience with dry needling and/or video gait analysis is a plus Compassionate and patient-focused mindset Ability to work professionally in a team-oriented environment Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Active Physical Therapy license in Texas Previous experience in outpatient care is a plus but new grads are considered
