OB/GYN Physician Job Details Location: Russellville, Arkansas 72801 Job Type: Locum Tenens Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician Start Date: January 1, 2026 Assignment Duration: Ongoing Weekly Hours: 36 hours Shift: 12-hour shifts (clinic 8am–4pm, 4 days/week; 1-hour lunch; 1:4 overnight and weekend call rotation) Weekend Coverage: Friday 8am – Monday 8am Facility: Level 3 Trauma Center with in-house lab, ultrasound, and NST Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,460 – $7,660 OB/GYN Physician Qualifications Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (required) Active and unrestricted medical license (IMLC providers considered with Quality Letter) BLS and PALS certifications Fetal monitoring and laser certifications Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN clinical experience Experience managing low and high-risk pregnancies preferred Clean background for expedited credentialing OB/GYN Physician Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in hospital and clinic settings Manage low and high-risk pregnancies, including fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds (Level I and II) Conduct routine and complex deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, C-section, breech, multiple births, VBACs, abruptions) Repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Perform office and minor gynecology procedures (IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.) Conduct surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic, and major operative procedures) Participate in 1:4 call rotation, including overnight and weekend coverage Collaborate with nurse practitioners in the practice (no CNMs for hospital coverage) Apply now to join our healthcare team and explore rewarding OB/GYN physician jobs in Russellville, Arkansas!
