Doctor of Medicine | Gastroenterology Location: Mountain Home, AR Employer: CompHealth Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join a leading healthcare facility in Mountain Home, AR, as a gastroenterologist. This position offers a mix of outpatient and inpatient work, with access to state-of-the-art endoscopy facilities. You will be part of a strong GI support team, including experienced mentors willing to teach advanced procedures like ERCP and EUS. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive gastroenterology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, collaborating with a robust support team that includes 2 APPs in the hospital and 2 APPs in the clinic, and utilizing advanced endoscopy suite for procedures, with additional options at a nearby outpatient surgery center. Three day are set aside to do procedures. This healthcare facility is a 268-bed acute care center serving an 11-county region across North Central Arkansas and South Central Missouri. With approximately 120 physicians on active staff representing 31 specialties, the hospital has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Arkansas.
