LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Little Rock, Arkansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Description in short: PICU RN needed for a 26-bed pediatric intensive care unit. May float within the ICU cluster including NICU, CVICU, Burn ICU, and IMCU as needed. Travelers are first to float. Care includes high-acuity pediatric patients such as respiratory distress, ECMO, CRRT, trauma, neuro, surgical post-ops, DKA, and burns. Scheduling is manager-driven with every other weekend required. No on-call; holidays as needed. Orientation includes 2–3 days with specialty testing. Requirements: - Active AR RN license or Compact license - Minimum 3 years recent PICU experience - Prior travel experience (1–2 assignments required) - EPIC EMR experience - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Ability to float within ICU cluster - Must pass fit test (no facial hair unless religious exemption) - Must test negative for nicotine HCRR About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
