We’re hiring for a Patient Experience Director to run the front end of our clinics (check-in, phones, patient complaints, and everything that shapes how patients feel about us). Job Details The best background looks like this: Worked in urgent care, outpatient clinics, or multi-site medical groups Led front desk, patient access, or patient relations teams Handled: Angry patients, Bad reviews, Billing fights, Long wait times, Staff mistakes Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage. 5 years of experience in a leadership, especially in patient experience. They’ve had to: Protect the brand Keep doctors and patients from fighting Keep clinics running smoothly This is a healthcare operations problem-solver, not a hospitality manager.
