Setting: Outpatient Clinic - Coverage Type: Clinical, Outpatient
Only - Clinical Shift Schedule: Weekday office hours (exact hours
TBD) PATIENT INFORMATION - Patient Demographics: Adults with
endocrine disorders including diabetes - Patient Volume/Census: To
be built collaboratively; Diabetes Clinic support in place - Case
Mix: Endocrine disorders with a focus on diabetes care FACILITY
INFORMATION - EMR System: Not specified - Specialty Backup: Yes
collaboration with APRN and RN Diabetes Educator - Support Staff
Available: Full clinic support team, including clinical educators
and nursing PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required:

Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) -

service line - Excellent communication and collaborative skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Establish and grow a new endocrinology
practice at Baxter Health - Collaborate with a well-established
Diabetes Clinic and clinical educators - Provide outpatient care
for a broad range of endocrine conditions - Contribute to patient
education and chronic disease management - Support hospital's
mission to expand specialty care access
