Job Description:
Signet Health is seeking an experienced nurse for Director of
Home Health position with a program at John Ed Chambers Memorial
Hospital in Danville, AR. The program covers both Yell and Perry
counties. The Home Health division has been providing services to
our community neighbors for over 45 years. This position is
responsible for directing the delivery of home health services to
our clients. This is a hospital position offering a competitive
salary and benefits package. Requirements/Qualifications Position
requirements: RN License, BSN with at least 5 years experience in a
home health management role. Good understanding of OASIS, QAPI,
PDGM, Medicare and State rules. Provides leadership, supervision,
training, and direction to clinical and office staff. Supervises
skilled care and waiver programs provided by the agency. Prepares
monthly schedules for the nursing staff. Provides coverage as
needed for the nursing staff. Responsible for referral intake,
oversight of eligibility of patients referred for home health
services. Implements and maintains good administrative practices,
policies, and procedures that assure compliance with State and
Federal regulations. Participates in committees for the hospital.
