Job Description Are you a board-certified anesthesiologist with
proven leadership experience ready to take the next step in your

assistant facility medical director (AFMD) in the suburbs of St.
Louis in Belleville, Illinois We are the sole provider of
anesthesia services at Memorial Belleville and Shiloh Hospitals.
Memorial Hospital is a designated Magnate hospital affiliated with
the BJC Health System. As an AMFD, you will help lead a team of
dedicated professionals who share your commitment to excellence,
all while making a noticeable difference in the lives of our
