Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment Taking
direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered
nurse Following the plan of care Following all clinical and office
policies Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Valid
Delaware LPN License or Multistate License Physical within one year
PPD or TB Blood Test (QF) Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person
not online) Valid driver's license G-tube, trach, vent experience
