Job Description of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will support assigned physician(s) with patient care and clinical documentation into the electronic medical records in an efficient manner. Perform and direct patient care services including, but not limited to, admission interview, accurate documentation and timely patient flow. Accurately performs ancillary healthcare services while assisting the physician through documentation of specific components of the patient visit and executing specified physician instructions. Ensure priority care is provided to patients in an emergency situation. Duties and Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Take all nurse inbound calls to triage the patient and schedule the patient's appointment
• Assist with Nurse visits
• Help with work quality reports and schedule accordingly
• Complete all refills and all prior authorizations
• Escort patients to exam room and documents chief complaints
• Document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Assist physician and/or nurse practitioners by providing assessment, treatment, testing and education for the patients of the practice
• Greet patients warmly and respectfully, demonstrating compassion
• Respond in a timely manner and keeping patients informed while maintaining confidentially and adhering to all privacy and protected health regulations
• Assist physician/nurse practitioner with in-clinic proceduresQualification & Requirements of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
