Job Description:

The Service Access Specialist/ Medical Assistant will work as part of the Positive Connections team. The MA provides limited direct patient services and performs specifically designated procedures as directed by a provider and assists the providers in the provision of positive connection care. Service Access Specialist Assistant will perform those clerical duties necessary to assist both the Service Access Specialist and the Medical Case Manager. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED it is preferred that you complete certification of practice as a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant. CPR and AED certification within 3 months of employment is required.
