Job Description:

The Project Manager will work for one of our largest clients managing the implementation of their marketing campaigns. In this role the associate will coordinate the execution of these programs working with all stakeholders including Marketing, Decision Management, Acxiom Operations, and multiple partners (letter shops, email service providers, etc.).

This role can be home-based almost anywhere in the U.S.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

- Serve as primary liaison with client Marketing Segment Managers, Decision Management, and Risk to develop sound Business Requirements and work through the business needs to ensure successful project completion

- Provide consultative support to client business partners in reviewing requirements, offering suggestions, and answering questions
- Coordinate requirements and oversee implementation across multiple technical vendors and client internal technology teams
- Support projects and deliverables from multiple online and offline channels
- Work with Acxiom Operations team to support successful campaign execution
- Facilitate meetings keeping participants focused on agenda and goals
- Work independently, with strong follow-through, capable of owning and managing projects from end-to-end

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED:**

- B.A. Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent marketing or project management work experience.

- 1+ years project management experience.
- S trong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
- Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and cross-functionally within an organization to accomplish objectives
- Acumen working in a technical environment to solve business related problems

**WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:**

- Campaign Management experience is preferred

- Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers preferred and understanding of legal and regulatory environment preferred
- Experience with digital marketing preferred
- Working knowledge of Database technologies, CRM concepts and familiarity/expertise with SQL is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with the NAEHAS software package
