The role of the Field Service Technician will be to support our printer and copier customer base. Major Goals and Responsibilities: * Provide an outstanding customer experience through great communication and support. * Perform field repairs and maintenance on various office equipment to manufacturers specifications * Manage your day completing service calls to meeting customer expectations and company processes * Maintain accurate repair records for time, part, and company assets * Manage your car stock inventory * Performs other duties as directed by Service Management * Ability to make decisions, use the tools available and the resources of others to accomplish objectives * Able to work comfortably with a variety of customers and associates * Flexible attitude and versatility in learning * High level of comfort using computers, tablets, phones, or other handheld devices Qualification and Education Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices a plus * Vocational Technical education is helpful a plus * Natural mechanical or electronic ability * Clean driving record and valid driver's license Compensation: Starting at $18.50 per hour with no prior experience. Higher with relevent technician experience. Additional bonus opportunities as well.
