Job Description Powder Coater – 3rd Shift At least 1 year of manufacturing or powder coating experience is preferred for this role. Job Summary: The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components to ensure they meet company quality and durability standards. Job Duties: Prepare metal parts for coating, including cleaning and masking Operate powder coating equipment and spray systems Ensure proper coating thickness and even coverage Inspect finished parts for quality and defects Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures Assist with loading and unloading parts onto racks or production lines Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Experience or Skill Requirements: At least 1 year of powder coating or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic computer skills Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift Benefits Offered by Verstela to Temporary Employees: Medical Dental Vision Short Term Disability Term Life and AD&D Identity Theft Protection Prescription Plan 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan Location: Monticello, IN Interested in this Powder Coater opportunity?
