Job Description Job Description Estimator About the Role: A highly respected mechanical contractor in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator with 5 years of estimating experience. The company is known for its strong project pipeline, collaborative culture, and technical excellence across HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate estimates for mid-size and large mechanical construction projects Interpret drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems Prepare bid packages and assist with competitive proposals Work closely with preconstruction, project management, and engineering teams Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of mechanical estimating experience Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes Proficient in estimating and takeoff software Excellent analytical and communication skills Benefits Compensation: $100,000- $170,000 Full Company Paid Health Insurance PTO Bonus Structure Retirement - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
