Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Job Description Join our team as a General Maintenance Mechanic in our dynamic plant environment. You will embark on an 8,000-hour company-funded Department of Labor Maintenance Mechanic apprenticeship program. Your role will include preventive and reactive maintenance on plant machinery, with responsibilities ranging from greasing bearings to performing electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Responsibilities Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment. Perform greasing and preventative maintenance on bearings, conveyors, and rollers. Engage in electrical troubleshooting and repair, if applicable. Participate in breakdown and teardown of production lines during large-scale upgrades. Collaborate with external contractors for maintenance and upgrade projects. Essential Skills Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting and mechanical repair abilities. Experience with maintenance technician tasks, electrical systems, and PLCs. Proficiency in welding, schematics, hydraulics, electro-mechanical, and pneumatics. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $61256.00 - $72571.00/yr.
