Job Description Job Description CoWorx is seeking a skilled CNC Waterjet Operator to maintain, set up, and operate a two-axis FLOW CNC Waterjet cutting machine in the Conway, NH area! This direct hire opportunity focuses on fabricating high-quality metallic and non-metallic parts with precision and efficiency. Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Responsibilities: Read blueprints to verify part accuracy prior to running the Waterjet machine. Program and operate the CNC Flow 6’x12’ Waterjet using FLOWMASTER software. Start and monitor machine operation, detecting malfunctions or out-of-tolerance cuts, and adjust as needed. Deburr edges and holes, protecting parts from damage. Maintain and service pumps, cutting nozzles, orifices, and the cutting table. Perform daily machine maintenance and safety checks. Operate forklift to load/unload materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Measure parts for accuracy and consistency using precision tools. Communicate regularly with supervisor and General Manager regarding workflow. Follow all company and manufacturer safety procedures. Desired Background/Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred. 2–3 years’ experience operating CNC machines, preferably Waterjet. Basic knowledge of cutting tools is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Mechanically inclined with attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal communication skills. Proficient with measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and dial indicators.
