Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a
dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students
within a school environment, specializing in applied behavior
analysis and behavior intervention strategies. The position spans
the full 2026-2027 school year, running from August through June,
and offers full-time hours Monday through Friday, averaging 32 to
37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior
intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
(BCBAs). Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to
support student goals. Provide direct one-on-one support to
students demonstrating challenging behaviors. Maintain
confidentiality and comply with ethical standards in all aspects of
service delivery. Qualifications and Experience: Current Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Experience
working in educational settings preferred. Strong communication and
teamwork skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and
behavior plans. Commitment to supporting student development and
educational success. Location: Bristol, New Hampshire, within a
