Job Description Job Description Job Title: Facilities Technician Location: Carlisle, PA Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm weekend on call Pay: $20–$27/hour (based on experience) About the Role This position involves a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, ensuring safe and well-maintained housing for residents. Key Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Service and repair appliances such as ranges and refrigerators. Prepare vacant units for occupancy: patch and paint walls, replace fixtures, and complete flooring work. Conduct preventive maintenance and minor upgrades as needed. Handle seasonal tasks such as snow removal and groundskeeping. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred. Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (3 years strongly preferred). Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repair. Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Interested? Apply Today! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
