Team-Oriented Work Environment ???? What You'll Do: As a Service
Technician , you will report to the Community Manager and be
responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and
functionality of the property. Responsibilities include, but are
not limited to: Responding promptly to all service requests
Performing daily preventive maintenance Maintaining pool operations
(if applicable) Assisting with landscaping and grounds care
Supporting make-ready efforts for new move-ins Ensuring resident
satisfaction through quality work and communication ? What We're
Looking For: HVAC or EPA Certification (Preferred) Experience with
pool maintenance (Preferred) At least 2 years of hands-on
experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role Strong
knowledge of basic repairs , including plumbing, electrical,
carpentry, and appliance work A customer-first attitude with great
communication skills Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
???? Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Comfortable with bending, stooping, crawling , and working in tight
spaces Ability to work overhead for extended periods Must be able
to walk the property and climb stairs frequently ???? If you're
