Job Description Job Description Manufacturing/Industrial Maintenance Technician Are you looking to work in a quick pace and fun environment that will allow you to advance in the company and apply your skills? This position is a temp-to-hire position that has the opportunity to be hired on full-time (with benefits!) after 90 days. Apply now! 1st Shift 7am to 3:30pm with occasional overtime, $20-$22 (Based on experience) Duties and Responsibilities *Develop and maintain a general understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and developmental procedures. *Recognize and adhere to all company safety programs; knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and corresponding safety precautions are necessary for the safe performance of duties. *Set up and install of industrial manufacturing equipment. *Repair or replace machine parts; motors, gearboxes, bearings, etc. *Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logs. *Maintain all aspects of equipment preventative maintenance schedules including shift, daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual maintenance. *Conduct inventory of tools parts and supplies. *Assist in the implementation of new CMMS. *Conduct PM as assigned by Maintenance Manager. *Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. *Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. *Maintain a working knowledge and be in compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and federal antitrust laws. *Keep the Maintenance Manager and managers informed at all times of potential issues and concerns. *Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services or repairs. Qualifications 3 - 5 Years of Maintenance Experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial setting. Must communicate well, written and verbally. Must be steady, reliable worker and able to work effectively with others. Participate in trouble shooting and problem resolution. Must be proficient in math and measurements.
