We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Conway, AR location.Things you should know about working at Ridout:* We are all about teamwork! We are a continuous improvement driven organization and we are focused on keeping organized and on task.How you will spend your days as an Administrative Assistant:* Contact builders to request purchase orders for payment processing* Set up and maintain customer billing information in accounts receivable system* Submit invoice for construction stage payments and follow up with builders to ensure timely payment* Process billing and creating service invoices* Distribute monthly aging reports to builders* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers to ensure accurate completion of receivables* Daily data entry of payment allocation and purchase order processing* Perform various administrative functions including typing, filing, answering phones, preparing reports and maintaining records* Operate the computer as needed for general reports and record keeping* Maintain employee records* Enter, update, and/or retrieves information from various human resource and/or payroll systems* Provide information and assistance to customers both in person and on the telephone* Comply with Companys attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance* Perform other duties as assigned by ManagementWe offer* Health care benefits, starting the first of month after 30 days of employment* Monday - Friday schedule* 401(k) with company match* Closed holidays* Paid time off* Employee discount* Relocation* Well support your educational and career goals with our continuous education programsWe want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:* Minimum education required High School Diploma* Minimum experience required 1 year of office/administration* Special skills required Ability to type accurately 50 WPM, clerical skills, use of computer and word processor, good communication skills and basic accounting and inventory principles* Confidentiality requirementfrequently exposed to confidential information* Physical demands include lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on a random basis, standing, walking or sitting for extended periods of time, and bending or stoopingIf you are a motivated individual looking to join a great team, we hope to hear from you soon!Ridout Lumber Company, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
