Job Details Full-timeEstimated: $66,000 - $91,000 a year4 hours ago Qualifications - 10 key calculator - Communication skills - Management - Data entry - Data collection - Bachelor's degree Full Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The E Banking Risk Supervisor will handle all risks and regulatory requirements for the EBanking and Treasury Management Department. Will serve as the liaison between the Ebanking business units and the risk departments, including but not limited to risk, compliance and audit. Will handle as the liaison complaints, risk assessments, internal audit and compliance audits and recommendations for debit cards, wires, cash management, ACH, credit cards and Internet Banking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Monitor E Banking products and services ensuring they are in Compliance. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time. 2. Track and report department-inflicted and examination findings adhering to defined tiers of defense and remediation. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time. 3. Assist Management with corrective action from findings and monitoring progress. This duty is performed as needed, about 10% of the time. 4. Remain current with laws and regulations that affect E Banking channels. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time. 5. Act as support personnel for varying E Banking initiatives and projects as the risk manager. This duty is performed as needed, about 20% of the time. 6. Communicate with risk departments and Ebanking as the liaison. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time. 7. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed as needed. 8. Develop training and mentor Ebanking staff with risks and compliance updates and issues. This duty is performed monthly, about 10% of the time. 9. Supervise the compliant process ensuring compliance. This duty is performed weekly, about 15% of the time. 10. Supervise ongoing compliance, audit and risk processes and issues. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time. 11. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. 12. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 3 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED Intermediate: 10-Key, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing Basic: Accounting, Other RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include but not limited to interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; ressing complaints and resolving problems. Supervises a small group (1-3) of employees in the same or lower classification. Assigns and checks work; assists and instructs as required, but performs same work as those supervised, or closely related work, most of the time. Content of the work supervised is of a non-technical nature and does not vary in complexity to any great degree. Supervises the following departments: Ebanking QA and Product Specialist TL WORKING CONDITIONS Somewhat disagreeable working conditions. Continuously exposed to one or two elements such as noise, intermittent standing, walking; and pushing, carrying, or lifting. May involve some travel and/or work is at times, in the evening or during the night hours.
