Job Description /n NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita

with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses
and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based
settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and
therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for
infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and
Veterans. /n Adults Program /n Monday - Friday Full-time with
benefits /n Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 /n Sign on bonus up to $5,000
/n Relocation assistance $5,000 /n Employer paid annual PT

work supplies /n Employer paid Crisis Prevention Intervention (NCI)
Certification /n Employer paid Certified Brain Injury Specialist

Employer paid lunch /nSUMMARY /n Provides medically prescribed
physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries,
deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to
restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. /n
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS /n To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential
function listed below: /n /n - Evaluates program participants
through appropriate evaluation procedures and develops written
treatment programs for each participant. /n - Administers
appropriate treatment programs and communicates program participant
needs to appropriate staff. Provides needed re-evaluation and
programmatic changes as necessary. /n - Maintains timely and
appropriate program participant/administrative and department
documentation. /n - Ensures adherence to accreditation standards,
licensure standards, professional code of ethics, and
confidentiality. /n - Attends programmatic meetings on request for
team reports, policy setting, exchange of information, etc.;
attends other appropriate meetings/conferences as needed. /n -
Attends clinical meetings to exchange, discuss, and evaluate
program participant treatment programs. /n - Serves on
rehabilitation treatment team(s). Communicates with physicians,
staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and
community resources as needed to ensure effectiveness of physical
therapy program. /n - Plans and implements in-service programs for
staff and other groups as requested/assigned by supervisor. /n -
Participates in orientation programs for new staff, program
participants, and PT/PTA students. /n - Writes service summaries as
requested by case manager/program director and maintains daily
billing summaries and turns them into the appropriate staff. /n -
Performs other related duties and activities as required. /n /n
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES /n Disciplines specific supervision of
PTAs and Interns as required. /n Minimum Knowledge and Skills
required by the Job /n The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required
to perform the job: /n /n Education and Experience: /n /n -
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy /n - One year’s experience
preferred /n /n Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: /n /n -
State licensure in physical therapy. /n - /n /n AMERICANS WITH
